It promotes basic research oriented towards international standards and interdisciplinary research. Doctoral students complete a dissertation in law in a regular three-year program leading to a Dr. iur. or Ph.D. degree.

Im Rahmen des Schwerpunktes „Digitalisierung und Recht“ der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft und der Albrecht Mendelssohn Bartholdy Graduate School of Law schreiben wir bis zu drei Stipendien aus für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf und dem Fachbereich für Informatik. Schwerpunkt dieses Vorhabens ist die Nutzung von lernenden Algorithmen in Form von Big Data-Anwendungen im Gesundheitsbereich.
Die Bewerbungsfrist endet am 15. März 2018.
