This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Dr. Sergio Mittlaender (FGV Direito SP, Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy) on Wednesday, 25.10.2023, at 6.15 pm CEST.

The presentation of his paper called “Normative Beliefs About Contract Enforcement in Germany and in the USA” will be followed by an open round for questions and discussions. You can take a first glance at the topic in this abstract.
