The winning photo: peach blossoms beginning to burst

The winners of the China-EU School of Law “10,000 points of view” photo competition were announced today. Master’s student Liu Qianning won the first prize with her photo “CESL in blossom”: a Kindle ebook reader.

A five-person jury of students and staff members selected the shot among almost 70 submissions from China and Europe. The picture shows the main entrance of the China-EU School of Law in the cherry blossom season. “We were impressed by the reference to the law school, the creativity of the idea, and the technical quality,” the jury said. Christian Steger’s photo “Tutor of the Moot Course“ ranked in second place, Hanne-Svenja Reck's “First lesson in Pinyin“ ranked in third place.
