Hamburg Lectures in Law and Economics

This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Prof. Martin Gelter
(Fordham University, New York) on Wednesday, 10.01.2024, at 6.15 pm CET.
The presentation of his paper called “Barking without Biting: How Corwin did not Change
M&A” will be followed by an open round for questions and discussions. You can take a first
glance at the topic in this abstract.
