Hamburg Lectures in Law and Economics

This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Professor Andreas
Engert (FU Berlin) on Wednesday, 24.01.2024, at 6.15 pm CET.
The presentation of his paper called “The corporate group as a bankruptcy option” will be
followed by an open round for questions and discussions. You can take a first glance at the
topic in this abstract.
