Dear Professors, Colleagues and Students,

Prof. Anne van Aaken, Prof. Georg Ringe, Prof. Stefan Voigt and the Institute of Law and Economics cordially invite you to the lecture by Prof. Kaushik Basu (Cornell University / Former Chief Economist of the World Bank). The presentation is titled " Politics, Power, and the Law: From David Hume to John Nash". The event is a cooperation of the master program in Politics, Economics, and Philosophy and the Institute of Law and Economics.

The lecture will be held on Wednesday, 11.12.2019 at 6.15 pm. It will take place in Lecture Hall ESA A (Mainbuilding of the University of Hamburg, Edmund-Siemers-Allee 1).
