Hamburg Lectures in Law and Economics

This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Professor Ewan McGaughey (King's College London) on Wednesday, 31.01.2024, at 6.15 pm CET.

The presentation of his paper called “Enterprise law: from market failures to market conditions, and stakeholder governance” will be followed by an open round for questions and discussions. You can take a first glance at the topic in this abstract.
