Hamburg Lectures in Law and Economics

This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Prof Dr. Kobe Kastiel (Tel Aviv University) on Wednesday, 02.07.2025, at 6.15 PM CEST.

Prof. Dr. Kobe Kastiel will present his paper titled „Opting Out of Court? Reputation and Informal Norms in Private Equity“ will be followed by an open round of Q&A’s. You can get a first impression of the topic in the provided abstract.
