Hamburg Lectures in Law and Economics

This week’s Hamburg Lecture in Law and Economics will be held by Professor Steven
Davidoff Solomon (University of California, Berkeley) on Wednesday, 29.11.2023, at 6.15
pm CET.
The presentation of his paper called “The Twitter Deal: A Case Study in Contractual
Certainty” will be followed by an open round for questions and discussions. You can take a
first glance at the topic in this abstract.
