23. Januar 2025, von Internetredaktion
We are excited to invite you to the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Symposium 2025, which will take place on March 25, 2025, at the Warburg-Haus Library, Heilwigstraße 116, 20249 Hamburg.
This one-day symposium will delve into the legal and economic dimensions of the European Union’s “green deal,” with a particular focus on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D). As the CS3D implements significant obligations for corporations starting in July 2024, this event provides a timely platform for scholars and practitioners alike to examine its implications on sustainability, human rights, and environmental protection along supply chains.
We are welcoming submissions from researchers and practitioners who are interested in contributing to this important conversation. The symposium will feature various presentations, including full papers and shorter sessions, with particular encouragement for young scholars and students.
