Introduction to International Criminal Law
Winter term 2023/2024
Prof. Dr. Aziz Epik (Hamburg) and Prof. Dr. Emanuela Fronza (Bologna)
Students from Universität Hamburg and Università di Bologna are invited to apply to participate in a six-week online course (4 hours per week) on international criminal law. The courses will be taught by Professors Epik and Fronza, respectively, via Zoom. In addition to the live courses, a hybrid course workbook will be provided with links to short teaching and learning videos. Students who wish to receive credits for the course may take a Take-Home-Exam (short essay of 1,500 words) in December. The course provides students with an opportunity to gain an overview of international criminal law. Prior knowledge of the subject is not required.
