Professor Poelzig research fields are commercial and corporate law. A particular focus is on stock corporation and capital market law, as well as private enforcement. She is the managing editor of the Zeitschrift für Vergleichende Rechtswissenschaft (ZVglRWiss) and co-editor of the Zeitschrift für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht (BKR) and the Zeitschrift für materielles und prozessuales Klimarecht (KlimaRZ). She is also a member of the advisory board of the Gesellschaftsrechtlichen Vereinigung (VGR) and the Institut für Nachhaltigkeit, Unternehmensrecht und Reporting (INUR).
