We are pleased to welcome PD Dr. Loredana Cappelletti (Rome/Vienna) once again as a Visiting Professor at the University of Hamburg. From February to July 2025, she will continue her research on the constitutions of cities and communities in Southern Italy and Sicily in pre-Roman and Roman times here in Hamburg. The collaboration with PD Dr. Cappelletti is a valuable enrichment for our institute, and we wish her much success in her research.

During her stay, she will also be involved in teaching the following courses:

• Hauptseminar AG: Antikes Völkerrecht together with Prof. Dr. Kaja Harter-Uibopuu
• Übung AG: Quellenlektüre zur antiken Rechtsgeschichte together by Prof. Dr. Matthias Armgardt, Prof. Dr. Kaja Harter-Uibopuu, Prof. Dr. Werner Rieß

Wir freuen uns, PD Dr. Loredana Cappelletti (Rom/Wien) erneut als Gastprofessorin an der Universität Hamburg willkommen zu heißen. Von Februar bis Juli 2025 wird sie ihre Forschungen zu den Verfassungen der Städte und Gemeinden in Unteritalien und Sizilien in vorrömischer und römischer Zeit in Hamburg weiterführen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit PD Dr. Cappelletti ist eine wertvolle Bereicherung für unser Institut, und wir wünschen ihr viel Erfolg bei ihren Forschungen.

Während ihres Aufenthalts wird sie zudem an folgende Lehrveranstaltungen mitwirken:
