Blockchain and Procedural Law: Law and Justice in the Age of Disintermediation - Blockchain Technologies at the Domestic and the International Levels

On Friday, January 17, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European, and Regulatory Procedural Law will host its third seminar on the series "Blockchain and Procedural Law: Law and Justice in the Age of Disintermediation".
This third event, Blockchain Technologies at the Domestic and International Levels, will focus on the use of this technology by states and international organisations, from setting land registries to record land rights or creating national registries for ships, raising questions about sovereignty and their applications on traditional public competencies. The event will count with great names such as Lily Martinet, Helen Eenmaa-Dimitrieva, Tian Lu, Christian Iaione, Emmanuelle Ganne, Edouard Fromageau, André Nunes Chaib, Nathalie Janson, Antoine Garapon, and Jean Lassègue.
The seminar will take place at 10:00, in the Conference room, 4th floor, at Max Planck Institute Luxembourg, 4, rue Alphonse Weicker, Luxembourg.
