The Department of Informatics at the University of Hamburg will resume its Ethics in IT Public Lecture Series today, November 5th. Professor Holger Lyre (Magdeburg) will talk about “Does AlphaGo Actually Play Go? Concerning the State Space of AI” at 18:15. Please, register here.

The Ethics in Information Technology research group focus on ethical, legal, social, and political implications of contemporary information technologies and big data. You can find their complete winter program here. The lectures during this winter semester will all take place online.
