Informationen zur Person:

Dr. Özlem Gürses hat Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität von Istanbul studiert. Sie hat 2006 einen Master in Seerecht (Abschluss mit Auszeichnung) an der University of Southampton absolviert und dort 2009 ihre Promotion im Rückversicherungsrecht abgeschlossen. Seit 2016 ist Dr. Gürses Privatdozentin für Versicherungs- und Handelsrecht an der Dickson Poon School of Law am King’s College in London. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind u. a. Handelsrecht, allgemeines Versicherungsvertragsrecht und Rückversicherungsrecht.
